The e-kwip PLUS service and sharpening programme, including return shipping, is free of charge for three years from the date of purchase, regardless of the cause of the damage.
Register your scissors using the code included in the packaging at e-kwip.de. Select Swedish at the top of the page.
Send the scissors in a padded envelope or sturdy cardboard box. Protect the blades using a blade guard, case or bubble wrap.

- The warranty card supplied with the scissors
