A high-quality clipper or trimmer requires regular maintenance. Having your machine professionally maintained and serviced helps prevent problems, breakdowns and unnecessary downtime.

• Dirt and hair that accumulate inside the motor can cause overheating and motor failure.
• Insufficient lubrication causes unnecessary wear and overheating.
• Excessive play in the drive mechanism can cause the blades to pull or chew the hair instead of cutting properly.
• Damaged power cables can pose a safety risk to both the person using the machine and the person receiving the haircut.

How it works:

• Complete the service form and enclose it with the machine when sending it to us.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the machine is securely packaged for transit.
• Our workshop will inspect and diagnose the machine. The initial assessment is free of charge.
• A standard service will be carried out unless otherwise agreed.
• If more extensive repairs are required, we will always contact the customer with a quotation before proceeding.

Print and complete the relevant service form. Enclose the form with your clipper, trimmer or blade, package everything securely and send it to:
