If you have a Gamma+ product that you wish to submit under warranty, please contact the retailer or salon where you purchased it. They will guide you through the process and ensure that your claim is handled correctly.

Important information:

• Always contact the original place of purchase regarding a warranty claim.

• The retailer or salon is responsible for registering and managing your claim.

• If necessary, they will arrange for the product to be sent to us.

Please note:

Gamma+ products sent directly to us without first being registered through the original place of purchase will not be processed as warranty claims.
